Questions, Answered

When do we pay?

A 15% deposit secures your wedding date alongside your signed agreement. The remaining balance is invoiced when we deliver your first final wedding films and assets, and is payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

How long does it take to receive?

Circa 14 days for the Vow package, 6 weeks for the Heirloom package. These turnaround speeds are something we pride and position ourselves on, while still retaining quality and care.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that Advantage Media UK pulls out from the agreement at any point, your entire deposit will be returned.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have £1M Public Liability Insurance which covers us for all the weddings we film.

What are your charges for travel?

The first 100 miles of return travel are included, covering venues up to 50 miles away. Any mileage beyond this allowance is charged at 55p per mile. For venues more than three hours’ drive away, overnight accommodation may also be required the night before the wedding and, where necessary, on the wedding night. Any additional travel and accommodation costs will be agreed with you before booking.
